We bought our house in Sammamish with Greg Davitte acting as our Real Estate agent. It was a great experience and we got an excellent house at a good price...exactly something that met our requirements.Greg did an incredibly fantastic job. He is a person of uniquely distinctive qualities of high integrity, thoughtful diligence and excellent customer care. We saw many properties over a period of more than a year. We were in town off and on. At times Greg managed video tours for us when we were away, and in person tours when we were in town. Greg’s views on properties were always honest, informative and candid. Working with Greg was a pleasure and delight. We made four offers...fourth one being successful. We never ever felt the slightest bit of pressure. And if there was any issue we missed with the house, Greg identified it to us irrespective of the fact that it may kill the deal. It is worth mentioning that on one house we were prepared to sign an offer when Greg identified to us that a portion of that house which was built later, while has permit, never got the final inspection from the city.
